There were unclear rules about eating, resulting in an uncomfortable confrontation over pizza that marred the evening. The fridge didn’t function properly, adding to the overall inconvenience of the stay. No instructions for accessing the property were provided, causing confusion at the entrance. The bed comfort was subpar, and cleanliness was questionable with hair found on the bathroom floor.
